I'm not sure why the 5.25" bay needs to be removed for install, when they could have designed it to accept the plastic slides that are easily mounted on the sides of your hard drive (like many other cases do). Move that top intake fan to the front of the case for intake. That said I actually recommend getting 1-3 more fans. And setup in the following configs: 2 front intake (120mm / 1400m), 1 rear exhaust.
