It is a month-long annual celebration of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans, and non-binary (LGBT+) history. WebIt’s clear from this one startling statistic that there’s still a long way to go. The CIPD launched its LGBT+ and Friends Group* in February, which was LGBT History Month in the UK. The group aims to provide a support network for LGBT+ colleagues and to raise awareness around LGBT+ workplace issues.
