If you're going to hunt explorers in an astero, then with your fit, you're generally looking at a 9 to 10 second decloak + locking time, giving them enough time to warp out. And then on top of that, some explorers usually have 2 warp core stablizers, and even 4 are commonly found on magnates and asteros.
