WebOct 25, 2024 · I've had my Gear Fit 2 Pro for a few years now. I've recently started swimming 3 times a week in a swimming pool. The watch is advertised as water proof, and has an app for swimming. First two sessions it worked just fine, but after the 3rd session I noticed, it started doing something weird - randomly turning itself off, even when charged. WebMar 20, 2024 · Fitbit Charge 2 for over 6 months now with no issues whatsoever. I even press the button in the water to check the time. I almost never take it off, except for charging. I've just got back from a 2 week coastal holiday where I went swimming at least twice a day for 14 days - again, wearing the Charge 2 every time.
